Pile Load Testing – Pull-out Test

These tests make it possible to confirm under real conditions whether the applied pile or anchor provides the required resistance to pull-out forces (including wind uplift, dynamic loads, or structural interaction with the soil).

 

We treat the pull-out test as part of a broader process that connects design data with on-site verification. Therefore, our analyses and investigations cover the entire cycle – from initial feasibility assessment and identification of geotechnical risks, through recommendations regarding foundation technology and parameters, to tests confirming the adopted assumptions.

 

We take into account factors such as topography, environmental conditions, and the availability of energy infrastructure, and translate the results into specific design and construction decisions.

 

We complement this approach with geotechnical engineering and geophysics, enabling the most accurate possible characterization of the subsoil prior to the commencement of works. Geophysical surveys define the physical properties of the soil and its structure, and we conduct investigations using modern measurement techniques. We select methods according to site conditions and project requirements to obtain reliable data while maintaining time and cost efficiency.
